The above sonar image was obtained with a System 2000. The upper portion of the image shows excellent sandwaves with very fine silty mud deposited over the sandwaves. In the center, the bottom consists of a more course mixture of sand and gravel. The lower section shows a rock outcrop on the right. The image was obtained with a frequency of 500kHz and a sonar range of 75meters.
