REFLECTA / Fiberline is a reflector compass binnacle for worldwide use. It meets all important national and international specifications for compass placement and magnetic isolation.
Included in the range of delivery are all necessary components such as, magnetic reflector compass, azimuth device, reflection tube, correctors (only Flinder's bar as extra) illumination, emergency illumination and installation material.
REFLECTA / Fiberline uses a horizontal by-pass up to 2 m of length instead of a vertical reflection tube.
Compass Binnacle
Made of reinforced fiberglass with seawater resistant fittings, flaps for light, reflection optics and corrector magazines.
Optical
Arrangement with reflection tube comprising lenses and mountings individually adjusted to the length of the reflection tube.
Reflector Compass
Uses a Type 11 with directional system of Ø 180mm, 1 degree divisions.
Standard Azimuth Device
For compass type 11 with vanes, index markings, hinged black mirror for vertical angles from -5 degrees to 130 degrees, shadow pin, stored in a wooden box.
Fliner's bar option
This option is necessary if the vessel crosses larger magnetic latitudes, for world wide operation. Active length is 570 mm.
