The Navigation Display is a vacuum fluorescent based diplay with a resolution of 256 * 64 pixels. Data from various navigation sources in different formats can be displayed. Connection of analogue synchro signals or serial digital signals in various formats are possible.

Typical missions of the Navigation Display are:

• Simulated Tape Reader
  
• Roll and Pitch Repeater
  
• Large Display of Navigation Data (e.g. Heading, Speed, Position, Wind, Depth)
  

The bright green fluorescent display can be read clearly from a great distance. Via push-buttons different sensors can be selected (e.g. Gyro 1 / Gyro 2) or different data received via the serial interface can be selected sequentially on the display.
